“`Duties“` – Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner – Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system – Provide accurate information to callers and take messages when necessary – Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members – Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and data entry – Assist with organizing and maintaining office supplies and inventory – Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages – Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements – Provide administrative support to staff members as needed “`Requirements“` – Proven experience as a receptionist or secretary – Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment – Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) – Excellent organizational and time management skills – Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks – Strong written and verbal communication skills – Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment – Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
