Social Media & Content Specialist
Bandung (Rancaekek) • Full-Time • Immediate Start
GRU (www.gruwear.com) is a growing premium lifestyle athleisure fashion brand under PT. Kahatex. We're looking for someone with good taste, creativity, and a hands-on mindset to help grow our social media and bring our brand to life through content.
This role is focused on managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, building an active community, and supporting seasonal launches and marketing initiatives. We're looking for someone who enjoys both planning and executing, and isn't afraid to get involved.
What You'll Do
* Plan and Manage Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
* Create simple, high-quality photo and video content for daily posts and product launches.
* Engage with our community through comments and messages.
* Stay on top of trends and contribute fresh content ideas.
* Support campaign executions, photoshoots, and other marketing activities.
* Work closely with our Creative, Marketing, and Product teams.
What We're Looking For
* 1–3 years of experience in social media, content, marcomm or a similar role.
* Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio and a good eye for content are also encouraged to apply.
* Comfortable shooting and editing short-form content independently.
* Good taste and creativity that align with premium fashion and lifestyle brands.
* Proactive, organized, and enjoys bringing ideas to life.
* Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current content trends.
* Willing to work on-site in Bandung (Rancaekek).
