ROLE SUMMARY

This role owns the strategy and operation of Helinox's global social channels. You translate campaigns and product launches into the language of social and put them to work across our channels. You work hand in hand with the GTM & Product Marketing Manager, the Senior Copywriter, and the Performance Marketing team — campaigns come out of GTM, messaging is refined with the copywriter, paid is aligned with performance, and social is where it all reaches the audience.

You are both the strategist and the maker. You can run posting, copywriting, and community management with your own hands — not just direct them. You lead a junior team member, and together you split coverage so the channels never go quiet.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and execute Helinox's global social media strategy. Align with the GTM calendar to convert campaigns and launches into channel-level social plans.
  • Plan, create, and publish content directly — write copy, handle basic editing (Canva-level), and optimize format per channel. Design assets are supplied by the global creative team for you to work with.
  • Coordinate messaging and content with the GTM & Product Marketing Manager and Senior Copywriter; align organic and paid with the Performance Marketing team.
  • Lead community management — set the tone and response guidelines, and manage the junior team member's day-to-day execution.
  • With the junior team member, split coverage to keep the channels running around the clock, with no quiet gaps.
  • Analyze channel performance, report, and propose next actions.
  • Directly manage and coach the Social Media Executive.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years in social media, in-house brand or agency. Premium, lifestyle, or outdoor consumer goods experience preferred.
  • Able to move between strategy and hands-on execution and build the work yourself — not a manager who only delegates.
  • Writes English copy directly. Korean a plus.
  • Fluent with AI tools as part of daily workflow.
  • Flexibility to collaborate with US (PST) and European (CET) teams across time zones
