The Special Assistant to the CEO will support the CEO by managing day-to-day operations, providing administrative support, and overseeing strategic initiatives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, project management, and the ability to work with internal teams, customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate working sessions with key stakeholders and global teams to achieve key milestones or resolve critical customer and project issues.
Draft proposals, presentations, and reports.
Perform various analysis needed for the CEO.
Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting notes, and provide relevant updates on behalf of the CEO.
Assist with special projects, conducting research and supporting planning efforts.
Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Requirements / Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience as an analyst or planner, preferably with High Tech and global company experience.
Proficiency in software, internet, and analysis tools.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field is a plus.
Highly organized, mission-driven, proactive, and excellent communication skills.
