Key Accountabilities
Task Execution & Performance
- Deliver assigned responsibilities with accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to standards.
- Meticulously execute organisational changes within the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system, including but not limited to; creating and updating supervisory organizations, processing hierarchy changes (reporting lines), managing position changes (creation, modification, inactivation), updating cost centers and other organisational attributes, processing mass changes related to restructuring initiatives.
- Assist the team in conducting comprehensive organisational assessments to identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively monitor, audit, and clean organisational data in Workday to ensure high levels of accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established data governance standards.
- Identify and resolve basic data-related issues or errors within Workday pertaining to organisational structures and positions.
- Generate standard and ad-hoc reports from Workday related to organisational structures, headcount, and positions to support analysis and decision-making by the OD team and HR Business Partners.
Process & Efficiency
- Suggest and support process improvements to enhance work efficiency and customer outcomes.
- Serve as the primary operational support for organisation design projects, translating approved design changes into system-ready configurations and executing them according to timelines.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of executed changes, system configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data maintenance activities.
- Write, amend, and make changes to job descriptions (JD) throughout RHB Group to effectively reflect the scope, coverage and deliverables of each job.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.
Regulatory & Policy Compliance
- Follow internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and risk awareness.
- Ensure all data entry and change execution processes adhere strictly to RHB's internal policies, data governance guidelines, and audit requirements.
Self-Development & Collaboration
- Take ownership of personal growth and seek feedback to improve performance.
- Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes.
- Work closely with HRIS, HR Business Partners, and Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure seamless data flow and alignment on organisational changes.
