Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our systems and databases. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Transcribe information from various sources into the company’s databases and systems.
Utilize Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, to manage data effectively.
Create and manipulate Pivot tables for data analysis and reporting purposes.
Perform basic math calculations as needed for data verification and accuracy.
Organize and file documents systematically to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while ensuring data integrity.
Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with experience in creating Pivot tables.
Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy in data entry tasks.
Familiarity with database management systems is preferred.
Basic math skills for performing calculations related to data entry tasks.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role is a plus but not required.
