Your Key Responsibilities:
Client-Centric Support:Take the lead in managing communication with both new and existing clients, delivering unparalleled service and support that sets Frost apart.
Tax Expertise:From assembling and processing tax returns to e-filing and monitoring acceptances, your expertise will ensure accuracy and efficiency in every step of the process.
Master of Organization:Oversee the overall document organization, ensuring everything is meticulously scanned, stored, and readily accessible for optimal efficiency.
Deadline Management:Navigate tax due dates with precision, ensuring timely delivery of tax deliverables and demonstrating your commitment to excellence.
Administrative Excellence:Provide comprehensive administrative support, from managing phone calls and deliveries to sorting and delivering mail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Collaborative Team Player:Support and assist your colleagues and Frost locations with projects and backup as needed, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
Technical Proficiency:Demonstrate a thorough understanding of tax preparation software, with CCH Preferred, showcasing your ability to leverage technology for maximum effectiveness.
Problem-Solving Pro:Identify and resolve issues through sound judgment and decision-making skills, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement:Research and address complex questions and problems, optimizing workflows, resources, and client satisfaction at every turn.
Ambassador of Professionalism:Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and client confidentiality, embodying Frost’s commitment to excellence in all interactions.
Office Champion:Ensure the office environment is organized, clutter-free, and stocked with essentials, guaranteeing the comfort of clients and colleagues alike.
Event and Meal Coordination:Assist with coordinating events and meals, adding an extra touch of hospitality and care to the Frost experience.
Project Management Expertise:Utilize your project management skills to effectively manage tasks and initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications:
Experience:Bring at least 7 years of administrative assistant experience, showcasing your depth of knowledge and expertise in the field.
Education:Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification, underscoring your commitment to continued learning and growth.
Preferred Experience:While experience in Public Accounting is preferred, it’s not required. We value diverse backgrounds and are open to candidates with relevant experience in other industries.
Technical Skills:Possess advanced knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and a deep understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Outlook, and Excel), essential tools for success in this role.
