Overview:

We are seeking an administrator who will perform a valuable function for the organization. This diversified role requires a highly energized self-starter that is willing to perform any function on the administrative team. Those roles will include receptionist, cashier, sales support, and more.

This is a team that works together cross-functionally within the building and across multiple buildings to reach business goals. You will be required to fill in for vacation coverage for the other admin.

As an administrative assistant, you must master various technical skills to enhance your efficiency and effectiveness. Technical administrative skills examples include: SAP, S4Hana, MYBUY, and various software.

Your ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies is a must with our constant innovation.

Responsibilities:

Administrator Requirements:

Time management and prioritization skills to ensure efficient work flow and to meet required deadlines.
Attention to detail by providing precision in data entry and meticulous documentation to guarantee the accuracy of records.
Problem Solving – Quick thinking and resourcefulness.
Proactive, organized approach to multitasking – ability to handle various responsibilities while maintaining quality and accuracy across diverse tasks.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Tech Savvy is a must in our rapidly evolving landscape
Ability to lift 25 LBS, stand for periods of time for cashiering backfill
Proficiency in Excel is a must
Strict adherence of Control & Compliance guidelines
Maintaining confidentiality is essential when handling any type of sensitive information.
Familiarity with SAP finance is a plus
Familiarity with MYBUY is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 – $51,500 based on a full-time schedule.
Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Degree in business administration or a relevant field is preferred.
Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
