Job Description / Responsibility
- Collect demand sheet and create order wise total purchase requisition Checking with admin and store dept.
- To collect required items/products available stock in hand.
- Check and verify the necessary items cost and quality with different suppliers.
- Collect quotation from different suppliers.
- Prepare suppliers agreement and check with dept. head for its approval process.
- Choose effective suppliers based on quality, price and delivery lead time.
- Negotiate price with different supplier.
- Making comparison statement for getting price approval from the board of directors.
- Act for purchasing all the required items within the timeline.
- Create PO in ERP sheet and share with supplier.
- Need to collect PI from supplier.
- Dealing with accounts to release payment of suppliers.
- After every 3 months verification of regular items market price.
- In every 3/6 months price quotations should be updated with latest price.
- Others purchase related activities in completing the SOP of procurement.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience Requirements
- 4 to 6 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Garments, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
