We’re looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our growing concrete services company. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, highly organized, and comfortable using CRM and scheduling software. You’ll play a key role in supporting our sales and field teams while delivering a great experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with new leads to schedule estimates for our sales team using our CRM and job scheduling software (Jobber).
Answer incoming calls, return missed calls and voicemails, and communicate professionally with customers.
Follow up with customers on previous estimates to help move projects forward.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and phone skills.
Comfortable using technology and learning new software (Jobber experience is a plus).
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred.

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
