Overview
Are you a recent college graduate who may not have majored in a technical field—but have a drive to grow within a fast-paced, mission-driven technology consulting firm?
Bravium Consulting is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Support & Operations Coordinator to serve as a key partner to the CEO and leadership team. This role combines executive-level support with coordination across key internal operations functions—including events, onboarding, and internal communications. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and takes pride in keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes.
This isn’t your typical support role—it’s a launchpad. After two years in this role, you’ll have the opportunity to transition and begin your career on the front lines as an Analyst to kickstart your career as a technology consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant
Serve as a trusted liaison and primary point of contact for the CEO on day-to-day priorities
Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, document handling, and task management
Provide high-level calendar, travel, meeting, and communication support for the CEO and executive team
Coordinate executive outreach activities and cultivate follow-up on external relationships
Work with the Executive Team to coordinate the CEO’s outreach activities. Follow up on contacts made by the CEO to cultivate ongoing relationships.
Provide “gatekeeper” and “gateway” role, providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and staff, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with the Executive Team. Complete projects by assigning work to appropriate staff, including the Executive Team, on behalf of the CEO.
Invest in building long-lasting relationships both externally and internally.

Executive Team Support
Coordinate, schedule, and provide logistical support for all Executive Team meetings, retreats, and key staff events
Manage leadership rhythms, including preparation of documents, briefings, and internal communications
Proactively anticipate executive needs and handle confidential, high-priority tasks with discretion and professionalism
Plan and execute retreats with detailed coordination
Participate in leadership meetings as needed to support documentation, follow-up, and execution of action items

Operations Coordinator
Plan and execute company-wide and leadership events (remote and in person)
Support onboarding and offboarding logistics, including vendor coordination, equipment procurement, and device tracking/returns
Maintain Bravium-related accounts (e.g., tax documents, mail handling) and oversee daily mail distribution and documentation systems for both paper and electronic records
Assist HR with recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration as needed
Track and submit expense reports; prepare budget recommendations as needed
Provide light IT/admin support (e.g., software license tracking, Microsoft 365 admin)
Support office services, helping to improve workflows and anticipate future operational needs
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure regular restocking of snacks, beverages, and supplies
Replenish general office materials (e.g., printer supplies, paper, office essentials)
Coordinate with building management for key fobs, room reservations, and facility requests
Organize catering for in-office days and special events
Welcome and assist guests to create a professional, hospitable office environment
Contribute to special projects and organizational initiatives as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (all majors welcome)
Strong organizational and time management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
Passion for technology and interest in transitioning to a consulting role
Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
