Role Description The Store Leader at TOMORO COFFEE is a full-time, on-site role based in Denpasar, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring an excellent guest experience. In this role, you will lead and support the store team, coordinate shift schedules, monitor product quality, and uphold brand standards in store presentation and hospitality. You will manage inventory, track sales performance, and implement in-store promotions to drive revenue and customer engagement. The Store Leader will also coach team members, provide ongoing training, and foster a positive, inclusive work environment that reflects TOMORO’s values. Additionally, you will handle basic reporting, address customer feedback, and collaborate with management to continuously improve store performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage guests, resolve concerns, and build lasting relationships.
  • Retail Sales experience and the ability to meet or exceed store targets through consultative selling and upselling.
  • Solid Organization Skills to manage staffing, inventory, shift planning, and day-to-day store operations efficiently.
  • Training and coaching capabilities to onboard new team members and develop existing staff in line with brand standards.
  • Previous experience in food & beverage, coffee shops, or retail leadership is preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams, foster an inclusive culture, and maintain a calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure.
  • Basic numerical and reporting skills to interpret sales data, manage cash handling, and support decision-making.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on business needs.
