SUMMARY: SABG is hiring a full-timeStrategic PlanningLead to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) in Huntsville, AL

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategically resolve complex administrative and operational challenges involvingdiversestaffs and resources and recommending resolutions to senior leaders

Oversee planning, facilitating and conducting executive-level activities

SUPERVISION:
This position will have supervisory responsibilities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Capable of comprehending personnel space management and interior design to support stakeholder requirements. Has specialized relevant knowledge and works as a member of the team and assists with solving complex problems. Advanced level working knowledge, skills, and abilities using Microsoft Office and Adobe software suites is required. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

MA/MS and 10 years’ experience in administrative/business field or BA/BS and 15 years’ experience in administrative/business field; PMP certification may substitute for 3 years of experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Possess 10+ years of direct experience overseeing administrative support, executing requirements and delivering services to DoD and/or Federal Agencies.

Demonstrated experience leading, directing and managing adiversecontract workforce.

Must possess high levels ofcommunication skills(oral and written), interpersonal skills, organization, and presentation skills.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to question activities and issues in all functional areas and make sound business decisions based on that data.
