Job Title: Home Health Administrative Assistant

In office, Broomfield, CO – 5 days per week

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Home Health Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional support to our home health services.

Responsibilities:

Manage intake processes and maintain accurate records.

Handle physicians’ orders and ensure timely follow-ups.

Answer and direct phone calls professionally.

Input new hire information and assist with employee set up

Distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing correspondence.

Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Compensation:

$20-$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
