Responsibilities
- Call Management: Operate a multi-line telephone system to answer, screen, and forward calls politely and efficiently.
- Information Distribution: Take accurate messages and deliver them promptly via email or internal messaging systems.
- Administrative Support: Assist with clerical tasks such as mail sorting, filing, or basic scheduling during low-call volume periods.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, call center, or switchboard role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills and a professional, friendly phone demeanor.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with multi-line phone systems (PBX/VoIP) and basic MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Multitasking: Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure or during high-call volume hours.
- Reliability: Strong record of punctuality and dependable attendance.
