Role Description
This is a part-time on-site Tag and Title Clerk role located in Silver Spring, MD. The Tag and Title Clerk will be responsible for processing vehicle tags and titles efficiently on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Motor Vehicle Tag and Title Transactions efficiently and accurately.
Participate in marketing tasks to promote the company’s services.
Utilize software integrated with the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) database.
Review and verify completed transactions; scan and file documentation appropriately.
Report any deficiencies or process barriers to the immediate supervisor.
Maintain office organization and adhere to company standards.
Stay updated and implement new processes and MVA system updates.
Handle customer inquiries, assess their needs, and provide solutions.
Apply customer service best practices to develop rapport and build customer relationships.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Full MD background check
Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role preferred.
Proficient in using computers and customer management software.
Effective active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Quick learner with the ability to apply new information efficiently.
