YOUR ROLE :
Responsible for online and job postings;
Ensure execution of posting strategies with external partners;
Coordinate candidate interviews and schedule management;
Maintain database and candidate files;
Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
DVS or DCS in office automation, administration, secretarial work;
Experience in human resources or staffing (an asset);
Excellent communication skills in French, both written and oral;
Knowledge of English is an asset;
Comfortable with technological tools and the use of software;
Dynamic, perceptive, able to manage priorities and a team player.
