We’re looking for a Administrator to join us here at Cheil NZ. Working within our corporate team, this person will be the bridge between the finance team and project leaders. This is a permanent, full time role based on the North Shore with benefits such as parking and discounts of up to 50% on a range of Samsung products. Salary package between $50,000 to $60,000.

Responsibilities:

Manage project statuses and billing processes.

Process invoice submissions.

Work with project managers and account managers to resolve admin queries.

Manage our internal project management system.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, management or equivalent.

Experience in an office or administration role preferred but not necessary.

Strong proficiency across the Microsoft suite, especially Excel.

Competent working with numbers and datasets.
