What You’ll Do
Provide administrative support to the team
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
Maintain accurate client information in our databases
Liaise with the ATO regarding client correspondence
Assist in preparing and handling client documents
Answer incoming calls for the team
Ensure deadlines and requests are met through effective coordination
