Team Assistant Job in Sydney NSW at EST10 –
$45 per hour + Superannuation

This team is a team of four and together they successfully onboard all new contractors and manage timesheets and invoices for each division. What is unique about you?
This role requires a mixture of analytical and data driven thinking, whilst having the ability to confidently communicate and build relationships with a diverse group of people over the phone and via email. With the nature of this cyclical work, your organisational skills will be heavily relied on to structure your focus and priorities in this high-volume role. Naturally, when working with quantitative data and finances, your attention to detail needs to be meticulous. Ensuring correct figures and being able to spot inconsistencies and discrepancies is a talent of yours! Planning for the onboarding of contractors, require you to be two steps ahead and work to project timelines, ensuring you follow company policies for a smooth transition for all new colleagues. With SAP being their main CRM, prior experience is highly advantageous along with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets. As this role relies on the support of other departments and focuses on people – problems are bound to occur, but having the ability to work through these, whilst keeping calm and providing solutions is key.
A snapshot of your role…
End to end management of the onboarding process for new contractors including IT set up and equipment distribution, security, and message board access in tandem with the service desk
Oversee the collation, review and system upload of timesheets and correspond with contractors for any errors or missing information
Raise purchase orders and invoices via SAP, working with the finance department for any troubleshooting
Build ongoing rapport with contractors and ensuring relevant information is updated on the CRM
Assist with other onboarding or financial service requests within the team
