We are looking for an energetic and committedTeam Assistantto join our regional team and support our senior leadership.
Responsibilities
Assist the senior management and their team members in their day-to-day work, and all administrative support functions, providing first-class support and being the primary point of contact
Manage internal company processes, systems, and people data for the department
Organizes events and prepares meeting materials as required, working closely with other functions
Be on track and well-informed of upcoming commitments and events
Work with the respective functions in support of billing/invoicing matters
Manage all travel logistics, trip preparation & expense reporting
Collaborate closely with the leadership team, communicating across all aspects of the business, and you will establish exceptional working relationships inside and outside of the department
Work across functions on ad-hoc tasks and projects, and work closely with a team of assistants worldwide to provide additional support where required
Act as a partner to the department, representing them both internally and externally, and champion our company values
Requirements
Entry level with diploma or above
Minimum 1 year of experience in providing team administrative support and event coordination within similar roles previously
Travel arrangement, calendar management, and expense report management experience
Strong communication, interpersonal communication skills working across a broad range of stakeholders and prioritization skills with high attention to detail
Key to success are excellent organizational skills coupled with the flexibility to adapt priorities
Strong experience with Google Suite
Versatility to balance a multifaceted role working for multiple stakeholders under strict deadlines
Background in fast-paced technology or start-up environments is strongly preferred
Confidence in handling sensitive and confidential information
A natural relationship builder with impeccable stakeholder management skills.
