Service Administration Team Leader

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing administrative operations, ensuringexceptional servicedelivery, and fostering a culture ofcontinuous improvement.

You will manage a busy inbox and be required to ensure the team are responding to customers within the agreed period of time and also respond to queries when needed. You will also play a key role in ensuring the scheduling has been planned effectively for engineers, ordering spare parts, speaking with customers to arrange service and installation visits.
Required experience:
Managed a team in afast-paced environment
Experience SAP and Service Max is desirable
Good time management skills – essential
Ideally experience within engineering / blue collar / fast moving sectors
Highly organised with the proven ability to prioritise workload
