Our Secretary/Office Admin is essential to maintaining smooth operations by providing administrative support and exceptional customer service. Core skills required include Office and Adobe Suite, strong typing skills, and facility with web based applications. Proficiency in Spanish and/or knowledge of Quickbooks are a plus.
