🔹 Job Requirements
- :Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- .Minimum 2+ years of experience in construction projects
- .Strong knowledge of shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals
- .Experience in quantity surveying and BOQ review
- .Good understanding of project specifications and contract documents
- .Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Revit is a plus)
- .Good communication and coordination skills

- s:Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings with site and consultan
- t.Submit and follow up on material and technical submittal
- s.Review and interpret contract documents and specification
- s.Coordinate with procurement and site teams to ensure compliance with project requirement
- s.Assist in quantity take-offs and variation order
- s.Ensure all technical documentation is properly recorded and update
