Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers and internal teams via phone, email, and chat

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to access control products

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in the support database

Assist in the training and onboarding of new users on product functionality and best practices

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and improve product offerings

Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up

Develop and update user manuals and documentation to assist customers in using our products effectively

Requirements

Czech Native Speaker

English

Strong understanding of access control systems and people flow management solutions is preferred

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members

Proficiency in troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and support ticketing systems

A passion for technology and dedication to providing exceptional customer service
