Enter and update data in the computer. Check data, pull information and updates as needed. Communicate with appropriate team members. Prepare letters and emails as needed.
Print, fax, scan, copy and file as needed. Check and respond to emails. Prepare presentations, special reports, memoranda, compose letters and routine correspondence, and research information. Perform other work as instructed.
Must have excellent working knowledge on a computer to include Microsoft Excel/Word and the ability to learn other software. Must be very detail oriented and organized. Must be able to handle multiple assignments at a time with minimal errors. Previous work history and attendance will be considered.
