PRO Heritage at Home is hiring for a full time home health Therapy Coordinator. This position would include scheduling home health visits for our therapists and interacting with our home health clients. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
Excellent
communication skills
Experience with
home health or medical scheduling
Highly organized
Medical office experience
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a fun, outgoing personality that will convey our eagerness to assist clients with the care of their patients; while at the same time, being able to communicate quickly and concisely. Experience in a home health office setting, with knowledge of staffing procedures and Medicare rules and regulations, is preferred. A two (2) year college degree or equivalent college hours preferred.
The right candidate that possesses a quick learning curve with the ideal intelligence, personality, & computer savvy will be considered in lieu of college degree or experience.
Must be
an organized self-starter who is proficient with desktop and laptop computers running Windows operating system;
Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox web browsers;
Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) software; and cell phone texting applications.
