We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, greeting customers, answering phones, and invoicing. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks, have excellent customer service skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior plumbing and general contracting office experience is a plus. We are seeking an individual who is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Invoicing (QuickBooks)
Greet customers and answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
Provide administrative support to the office staff.
Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other clerical tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
