Key Responsibilities:

• Enter timesheets and process expenses effectively

• Manage inventory control systems and supplier communications

• Assist in proposal preparation and auditing processes

• Schedule facility usage and monitor service compliance

• Maintain electronic and manual database systems

Requirements:

• 5 years of administrative experience in an office environment

• 1-2 years in inventory control or related experience

• Proficient in MS Office and capable of multitasking

• Familiar with ERP systems like JD Edwards or Oracle

• Valid Ontario “G” Driver’s License required
