Key Responsibilities:

• Control the Surgeon’s schedule with strategic resolution of conflicts

• Handle patient inquiries and manage urgent communications

• Support appointment scheduling and referrals efficiently

• Utilize EPIC EMR for patient registration and documentation

• Assist the operational team with cross-coverage duties

Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary School or equivalent

• Certificate in office or medical administration preferred

• Minimum two years of related administrative experience

• Familiarity with EPIC EMR for clinical operations

• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
