Training Administrator Jobs in Bracknell – England – UK at Air Partner

If so,apply now, as Baines Simmons (part of the Air Partner Group), leaders in AviationSafety Trainingand Consultancy services are looking for an Administrator to join their Bracknell based Training Academy team. You will ensure the smooth running of our training courses for all delegates and provide excellent customer service, being the first point of contact for our internal and external clients, as well as assisting with maintaining training records, creating feedback reports and providing administration support to the team.

As well as providing this service for Baines Simmons, you will also support Kenyon International and Redline Assured Security with their training needs.

Please note that you will need to live close to the Bracknell office (ideally no more than a 30 minute commute) and have excellent time management skills. You will need to be available from 8.15am – 5pm on Academy Training days, and your hours will be flexed on non-training days to ensure a weekly total of 37.5 hours.

Although relevant experience would be good, we would also consider candidates who are IT literate, have an ability to learn fast and who exhibit the right attitude and goodcommunication skills.

You will:

• Be responsible for setting up the training rooms for Academy courses

• Welcome and support delegates from arrival until departure

• Distribute passes and preordered course materials

• Ensure facilities are presentable at all times

• Ensure lunch has been ordered and delivered at staggered and pre-agreed times

• Maintain stationary stocks and ensure they meet the requirement for each course

• Organise the left-over course material

• Liaise with all relevant divisions to coordinate room bookings

• Input training course data into theCustomer RelationshipManagement System (CRM), i.e., training attendance, feedback and opportunities

• Prepare and send feedback reports

• Undertake general administrative or ad-hoc duties as directed by Management, e.g. booking hotels, updating stakeholders on progress and other administrative tasks

• Work autonomously to ensure that current processes are adhered to the highest standard and that the division continues to develop a reputation for excellence, quality, value for money, and continual improvement

• Adhere to all policies and procedures, in line with our ISO 9001 standards

• Maintain strictattention to detail

What we are looking for:

• Proven office based, customer focused administrative experience, including working experience of the MS Office suite; or good IT skills, an ability to learn fast, greatcommunication skillsand a can-do attitude

• Excellent customer service experience

• Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills

• An enthusiastic and can-do attitude

• An ability to multi-task effectively

• A highly motivated self-starter, with the ability to organise their own professional priorities, with theflexibilityto adapt as required
