About the position: We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as Transaction Verification Staff. This is an entry-level role with no prior experience needed. Your job will be simple: you’ll review a list of orders, contact customers for missing documents, and follow easy steps to verify their information. Full training will be provided to ensure you feel confident in your work!

Responsibilities:

  • Review a prepared list of orders and check basic transaction details.
  • Contact international clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to request required documents.
  • Verify the documents provided by following step-by-step internal guidelines.
  • Handle payment credit card chargeback disputes, including investigation, evidence gathering, rebuttal submission, and outcome monitoring.
  • Coordinate with the payment service providers, issuing acquiring banks, and internal teams to build required evidence documentation.
  • Ensure all cases are handled within required deadlines and service levels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in relevant major
  • Strong command of the English language (both written and verbal) to effectively communicate with international customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.  
  • Good attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude.
  • Prior experience in banking, online payments, or fraud prevention is a plus, but not required.

Working time:

Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM
