Job Description:
Coordinate and support various client and internal reports, ensuring accurate and timely completion of operational tasks, and effectively communicate issues with Program Coordinators.
Perform accurate typing and data entry.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Adapt to process and system changes quickly.
Maintain attention to detail with good judgment and problem-solving skills.
Manage time effectively.
Initiate and handle a high volume of outbound calls.
Utilize AS400 systems.
Handle transportation logistics.
Work in a call center environment.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Develop and maintain strong customer relations.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the department manager.
