**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with a passion for animals and the people who love them, to join our veterinary team.
DUTIES :
– Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking information on veterinary services and pet care
– Answer incoming calls emails, and texts, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments
-Prepare rooms for patient exams, including vaccine preparation and sanitation.
-Occasional animal handling for vet nurses and doctors to perform procedures.
**Desired Skills:**
– Proficiency in veterinary terminology and understanding of animal care practices
– Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
– Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
– Passion for animals and dedication to providing excellent and friendly customer service

Pay: $16.36 – $17.30 per hour
