Villa Rosa Veterinary Hospital is seeking to hire an experienced veterinary receptionist. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and patient care. Our environment is relaxed and homey and we have a phenomenal team. We treat every client like family and every pet as if they are our own.
Our ideal candidate is friendly, upbeat, and possesses excellent communication skills. Applicants should enjoy working with people and pets, maintain excellent phone etiquette and attention to detail.
Receptionist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, greeting clients and patients, scheduling, answering phones, cleaning, receiving payments, follow up and reminder calls.
Veterinary and customer service experience is preferred.
Our hours are Monday through Friday; we are closed on weekends and holidays. Applicants must be available to work at least 3 days per week.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 – $15.50 per hour
