Duties:
– Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
– Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the ER phone system
– Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary information
– Assist with patient check-in and check-out process
– Maintain patient records and update information as needed
– Handle billing and payment transactions
– Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
Experience:
– Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
– Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance practices is a plus
– Proficiency in using ER phone systems or similar software
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent organizational abilities to manage appointments and patient records
