Responsibilities:
Answering and directing incoming calls and emails.
Organizing and maintaining digital files and records.
Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
Assisting with document preparation, data entry, and basic office tasks.
Providing support to other departments as needed.
Managing office supplies and ensuring everything is running smoothly.
Handling customer inquiries and ensuring timely resolution.
Other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
No prior experience necessary – we’re happy to train the right candidate!
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
