Join our stellar team as a 100% REMOTE Virtual Scheduler, operating a designated shift within the 7am to 7pm Mountain Standard Time window.

Managing not one, not two, but 20+ accounts in the glamorous aesthetics universe. Hold onto your virtual seat – it’s a rollercoaster!
At least 2 years of experience as a front desk coordinator.
The ideal candidate has great communication skills, is detail-oriented, can multitask and can manage every aspect of client interactions to maximize results.
Our playbook…we’ve got it all laid out in our slick online learning portal, complete with Loom videos and SOP’s in Asana to bring you up to speed on the “Diamond Accelerator System.”

✅ CORE RESPONSIBILITIES ✅
We work on behalf of our clients to phone up their leads and book appointments. This means
that you will be calling and messaging on behalf of different practices all across the nation…from the comfort of your home!
✨ Reach out to leads via text, phone, email, and other communication channels and follow our process to schedule appointments.
Confirm appointments and coordinate with our clients’ front desk staff to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and seamless client experiences.
Maintain accurate records of appointments, conversions, revenue and follow-up activities in our CRM.
⚙️ Collaborate with our consulting team to optimize appointment-setting strategies and maximize conversion rates.
Gather feedback from clients regarding their scheduling experience and provide insights for continuous improvement.
SALARY & BENEFITS Base + commission (varies based on experience)
