Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Visa Specialist based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Visa Specialist will handle the end-to-end visa application process, offer guidance on visa requirements for various destinations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge on visa and immigration regulations. Daily responsibilities include preparing and submitting visa applications, liaising with embassies and consulates, coordinating with clients, and ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the visa process.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of visa processing and travel documentation requirements
- Administrative skills including document preparation, attention to detail, and organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and authorities
- Proficiency in problem-solving and resolving issues related to visa applications
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional language skills are a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience and a client-focused mindset
- Understanding of the travel and tourism industry is advantageous
