We are looking for a highly motivated person, with great communication and organisational skills to join our Team. The post holder must be a good team player and enjoy working within a multidisciplinary team, work collaboratively with medical and nursing teams to deliver a safe, high quality and effective care.

This post will be an excellent opportunity for the post holder to work with and deal with services needing to be set up for a home based treatment programs. We are looking for someone who besides having the full administrative duties of appointment managements and telephoning service – will have an opportunity to gain knowledge, skills and experience in dealing with external parties for keeping / maintenance of records for dialysis home deliveries, clinical waste set up, plumbing set up, water testing, home assessments, holiday provisions, etc.

Are you a skilled worker who can provide a comprehensive receptionist and administration services ensuring effective communication and courtesy at all times?

Are you able to support the Multi-Disciplinary Team members with administrative tasks and generally assisting them in the co-ordination of a smooth running service?

Are you ambitious, aiming to seek personal and professional growth at work whilst truly placing your patients at the heart of care provision?

Provide a comprehensive and quality administration service to the Renal Home Therapies Team and manage and prioritise their workload liaising closely with the other administration staff and management in the Department.

Provide administrative support to the wider multidisciplinary team, including Consultants.
