The Center for Sleep Medicine is a progressive, AASM-accredited, employee-owned medical facility currently seeking a full-time Administrative Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This entry-level position reports to the HR Manager and offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, and other key HR functions. We are looking for a motivated individual eager to learn and grow within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with full-cycle recruiting, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives, contributing to meeting department goals.
Communicate with employees regarding HR-related inquiries, referring complex matters to the HR Manager.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive employee experience from recruitment to retention.
Stay informed on HR best practices and compliance requirements, with opportunities for ongoing learning.

Qualifications:

Interest in a career in Human Resources, with a desire to develop expertise in recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees and candidates.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Prior HR or administrative experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided.

This pay range reflects the Company’s current estimate for this position at the time of posting. In accordance with applicable law, actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience and other job-related qualifications or skills.
