You’ll handle the publication of unionized schedules and address immediate staffing needs while ensuring compliance with applicable policies and agreements. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, with shifts spanning mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage unionized work schedules

• Address unplanned staffing needs promptly

• Update and verify Kronos timekeeping data

• Conduct error inspections on employee timesheets

• Maintain adherence to labour standards

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma

• 1-3 years of relevant experience required

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements

• Experience with Kronos preferred
