We are recruiting for a Workplace Experience Coordinator for our City-based client.

This is an ongoing temporary position with part-time hours and is 100% office based.

The part-time hours can either be 8.30am-5.30pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday or can be worked 8.30am to 1.30pm Monday to Friday.

In this position you will be at the forefront of enhancing experience and culture within the organisation. You will be joining adynamicteam and will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience whilst also supporting the day-to-day operations of their busy office.

Duties to include:

To be the welcoming face of the office – meeting and greeting visitors, interviewees, vendors and customers.

Managing office access, fobs and incoming and outgoing deliveries.

Monitoring the internal messaging system to assist employees across the business with queries.

Responsibility for team communications regarding events and notices.

Being a first point of contact for building management, office services and IT. Ensuring that everything is delivered to the highest standard.

Supporting meeting room coordination and meeting set up.

Supporting the wider team with workforce programs which can include:
Food, Events, Visitor Experience and Customer Service – ensuring that you own and execute these programs and taking initiative.

You will need to be:

Someone who uses their initiative and is a self-starter with the ability to seek improvement and spot what needs to be done.

A strong communicator whether spoken or written.

Organised and able to multitask able to adapt and pivot to changing needs.

An enthusiastic and ideas driven person able to bring creativity and able to optimise processes.

Experience Required:

Having Workplace, Customer Service or Hospitality related experience in afast-paced environment, any tech experience is a plus!

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, if you have worked in a global business this is a plus!

Employee engagementand event management would be desirable .

Familiarity with the Google Suite of products is essential as well as Slack and Envoy – however if you are really tech-savvy and have worked extensively with similar products, this would be acceptable.
