Your responsibilities will include managing work orders, scheduling repairs, and collaborating with internal teams and external contractors. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary contact for maintenance concerns

• Assess and prioritize service requests in management system

• Coordinate repairs with trades staff and contractors

• Monitor work orders from intake to completion

• Communicate logistics of service interruptions and access

Requirements:

• Grade 12 completion plus office application courses

• Relevant experience in building maintenance support

• Sound knowledge of modern office practices

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and work order systems

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
