We’re looking for a resourceful and innovative TikTok Account Manager to take full ownership of our TikTok presence. This role goes beyond coordination — you will be expected to shape content strategy, develop and refine TikTok‑native content, and translate business objectives into engaging, conversion‑focused storytelling. You will work closely with agencies, but also be comfortable getting hands‑on to guide, ideate, and elevate content quality and performance.

What you’ll do

  • Own and manage the TikTok account end‑to‑end, driving brand growth and sales performance, with a primary focus on the Singapore audience
  • Develop and execute a clear TikTok content strategy, aligned with business, brand, and e‑commerce objectives
  • Translate commercial and sales goals into actionable TikTok briefs, KPIs, and content direction
  • Work closely with external agencies on content planning, production, posting, campaigns, and livestreams, while ensuring high creative and performance standards
  • Be hands‑on in content ideation, refinement, and optimisation, ensuring content is TikTok‑native, trend‑relevant, and conversion‑driven
  • Review, approve, and optimise content to ensure strong storytelling, brand consistency, and commercial impact
  • Monitor and analyse account performance, livestream results, engagement metrics, and sales outcomes, turning insights into continuous improvements
  • Collaborate with Marketing, E‑commerce, and Product teams across markets to execute TikTok initiatives effectively
  • Stay ahead of TikTok trends, formats, creator styles, and platform updates relevant to the Singapore market
  • Ensure all activities comply with brand guidelines, TikTok policies, and applicable local regulations

What we’re looking for

  • Experience managing or supporting TikTok brand accounts, ideally within e‑commerce or performance‑driven environments
  • Proven ability to build content strategy and guide content development for TikTok
  • Strong understanding of TikTok formats, trends, algorithms, creator dynamics, and livestream mechanics
  • Resourceful, proactive, and innovative, with the ability to solve problems and adapt quickly in a fast‑moving social environment
  • Comfortable working with agencies while confidently steering creative direction and performance expectations
  • Data‑driven mindset, with the ability to interpret insights and translate them into actionable improvements
  • Strong organisational skills and the confidence to manage multiple stakeholders across markets
  • Background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
  • Experience or strong familiarity with the Singapore social media market is a strong advantage
