An Admin Senior Specialist is an experienced professional responsible for managing office operations, supporting senior managers, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and performing various administrative tasks. They possess excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills and are proficient in office software and equipment.

Job Responsibilities

Support senior managers and executives with daily clerical tasks

Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Answer phone calls, provide information to callers or connect callers to appropriate people

Schedule appointments and update calendar

Make travel arrangements and reservations for senior managers

Compose and type regular correspondence, like invitations and informative material

Develop and maintain a filing system

Create spreadsheets and presentations

Provide statistical and budget reports

Greet and provide general support to visitors

Develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience

Recognized degree in Data Science, Analytics or Data Management related field (MBA preferred)

A minimum of 15 years in a supply chain and logistics operations field (preferred)

Job Context

This is a key support position in TRSDC for purchasing department.

This position is responsible to develop and implement data gathering, cleansing, validation and sorting into appropriate databases. Additionally, the incumbent will be expected to consult within the business for guidance on creating appropriate analysis reports for decision making, and to produce PowerPoint presentations
