Job DescriptionITL Testing is a growing materials testing company operating in the construction industry. Located in Port Coquitlam, our laboratory and office facilitates the needs of concrete, soils and asphalt testing with a strong emphasis on customer service.
As administrative Assistant at ITL Testing, your role is pivotal to the success of our team. You are often first point of contact in business interactions as well as a resource to our staff. Accommodating change, flexibility, and understanding client needs are a regular part of ensuring our targets are met. We strongly emphasize and appreciate organization and people skills within the position.
Primary duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Reception
Scheduling & Dispatch
Data Entry
Phone monitoring and client services
Daily filing
Fleet tracking including insurance and fuel
Benefits Administration
Payroll summary
WorkSafe BC, account & claims
Insurance for business
Invoicing
Phone/internet liaise
Coverage for vacation
We service all areas of the lower mainland and Fraser Valley. Familiarity with the area is valuable.
A solid understanding of Office 365 is required, particularly Excel. Knowledge of Sage is an asset.
