Marquis Health Consulting is growing again! We are seeking a positive, high-energy Executive Assistant with excellent organizational skills to support our New England Division. This is an incredible opportunity for someone looking to thrive in a fast-paced environment while contributing to a dynamic and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Draft, edit, and prepare emails, memos, and other communications on behalf of the Division President.
Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents, and reports.
Bookkeeping Assistance: Perform minor accounting and bookkeeping tasks as needed.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and schedule meetings, send reminders, and manage follow-up tasks.
Calendar Management: Manage the Division President’s day-to-day schedule, including appointments, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring efficient time management.
Phone Management: Answer incoming phone calls professionally, handle inquiries, and accurately relay messages.
Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, create detailed itineraries, and handle related logistics.
Special Projects: Use software such as Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to prepare reports, presentations, and special projects.
Requirements: Healthcare Experience
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment. Very busy environment!!
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with keen attention to detail.
Professionalism: A polished, courteous demeanor when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Flexibility: Adaptability to shifting priorities and an eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
