SkyWater Search Partners is partnering with a highly respected, mission-driven organization in the west metro to identify an Administrative Assistant to support a senior executive team in a fast-paced, highly visible environment. This position will work closely with executive leadership and play a key role in helping maintain efficient day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior leadership
- Manage calendars, scheduling, appointments, and meeting logistics
- Coordinate travel arrangements and related itineraries
- Prepare and process expense reports and credit card reconciliations
- Track deadlines, follow-ups, and key deliverables
- Assist with correspondence, mail handling, filing, and data entry
- Maintain digital files, records, and historical documentation
- Support gifting initiatives, holiday communications, and contact database maintenance
- Provide phone coverage and general office support as needed
Meetings & Event Coordination
- Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Assist with presentation creation and formatting (PowerPoint)
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and notes
- Track action items and follow-up items from meetings
- Coordinate logistics for onsite and offsite events
- Ensure meeting technology and video conferencing systems are functioning properly
Office Operations & Administrative Tracking
- Manage office supply inventory and ordering
- Support tracking and renewals for passports, IDs, visas, and licenses
- Maintain internal directories and distribution lists
- Assist with compliance-related administrative documentation
Desired Skills And Experience
Ideal Background
- 3–5+ years of administrative support experience required
- Prior experience supporting executives or senior leadership teams strongly preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented, dependable, and proactive in approach
- Flexible to occasionally support evening or weekend needs when required
