Full Job Description
WestPoint Financial Group is assisting with the sourcing of this candidate. The candidate will be employed by a financial advisor at WestPoint Financial Group.
This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours. This position is located in WestPoint’s office and may include limited travel for business functions.
The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who takes the initiative and consistently demonstrates a proactive approach to supporting the advisor’s business. This role requires superior organizational skills, follow-through and accountability.
Responsibilities:
Answer client calls with promptness and professionalism
Utilize CRM to document client interactions and generate business
Review client applications for accuracy, provide data entry and case tracking
Communicate effectively with clients and prospects across various communication mediums
Review and organize incoming mail and e-mail
Act as the liaison between advisor and clients for all business needs
Provide day-to-day operational support for all business activities
Other administrative support, including reports, tracking, preparing correspondence, maintaining advisor’s calendar, coordinating advisor’s travel arrangements, etc.
Qualifications:
Proficient use of computers, Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn proprietary systems and software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (e-mail, letters, phone and in-person)
Able to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
Proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Strong interpersonal communication skills and diplomacy
2+ years customer service experience in an office setting
Reliable transportation is required
Salary:$18-22/hr
Benefits: Paid Time Off (after 30 day probation period)
