Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a key role that requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Responsibilities:
– Communicate with staff members, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations
– Manage human resources functions such as hiring, onboarding, and terminations.
– Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed
– Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
– Oversee vendor management
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– Handle confidential information with discretion
– Daily banking, deposits , postings, creditcards
-Answering phones when needed
Skills:
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Experience in human resources
– Proven ability to supervise and lead a team
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
– AutomotiveExperience a plus
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management best practices
